Ask stupid questions and you'll get the response you deserve. Like calling an alteration shop and asking, "Do you hem pants?" What do you think? Do you legitimately think she can't do the most basic alteration known to man? Sue does the work. Her son responds to Google reviews. Sure, my mom might be rude sometimes but it's usually because someone hits first. 'Negotiating' on the price of something that requires expert skill and asking that a $100 service be charged only $20. That's not negotiating. That's insulting. So, take your cheap a** and find another shop. She really, really doesn't need everyone's business. Treat her with respect and you'll get the same. Be an a** and she'll come right back at you. Fair warning.
